Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation:
A First Payment of 50% will be necessary to Secure your Reservation.
Accepted Methods of Payment : ( PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card via PayPal or Stripe and Bank Transfer)
In case of Cancellation:
For cancellations up to 60 Days prior to your Arrival,
– You will receive a Full Reimbursement of the First payment.
For cancellations up to 40 Days prior to your Arrival
– You will receive 25% of the Booking price.
For Cancellations in less than 20 Days prior to Arrival or a “No Show”
– The payment will NOT be refunded.
– Early departures will be charged 100% of the remaining stay.
– We only accept Cancellations by Email.

Note: The Cancellation is only confirmed once you have received a written response from Jochen or Marie, via their email addresses.
